Common questions

How do I connect with my cleaner (or host)?

Two ways. Either person can share an invite link that connects you with one tap, or you can enter the other person's handle in the app. A handle is 8 characters — for example K2PMBTAK. Open BowReady, go to your connections, and enter it to send a request.

An invite link didn't open the app.

Install BowReady first, then tap the same invite link again — it will finish the connection. If the link still won't open, just use the person's handle instead, which always works.

How do I add my booking calendar?

In your property, add the iCal link from Airbnb, Vrbo, or your other channel. BowReady checks it regularly and creates one turnover per checkout, even if the same checkout shows up on more than one calendar.

Why didn't a reminder arrive?

Make sure notifications are enabled for BowReady in your device settings. Reminders are sent on assignment, the day before, and shortly before each deadline, in the property's local time.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from within the app, in your account settings. This removes your profile and associated data. You can also email us to request deletion.
