Privacy Policy

BowReady ("BowReady", "we", "us") is a turnover-scheduling app for short-term rentals, operated by Aiyanan Inc. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to what the app needs to do its job — scheduling turnovers and notifying the right people.
Who we are
BowReady is a product of Aiyanan Inc. (Canada). For any privacy question or request, contact us at support@bowready.app.
Information we collect
Account information
- Name — provided by Sign in with Apple or Google when you create your account, or entered by you.
- Email address — from your Apple or Google sign-in, used to identify your account.
- Phone number — optional, only if you add one so a host or cleaner can reach you.
- Role and handle — whether you are a host or a Turnover Pro, and your shareable connect handle.
Property and scheduling data
- Properties you add, including name, time zone, notes, and access information you choose to store.
- Calendar feeds — the iCal URLs you connect (e.g. Airbnb, Vrbo). We read checkout dates from these feeds to schedule turnovers. We do not receive guest identities from these calendars.
- Turnovers and assignments — dates, deadlines, status, and who is assigned.
- Completion photos — if a cleaner attaches a photo to mark a turnover done. Photos are accessed only for this purpose and only when you choose to add one.
- Payment instructions and agreed amounts — if entered, these are stored and displayed to your connected counterparty. BowReady does not process payments; no money moves through the app.
Technical data
- Push notification tokens — a device identifier issued by Apple or Google so we can send you turnover reminders.
- Basic app and device information needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use your information
- To read your connected calendars and create one turnover per checkout.
- To assign turnovers to your cleaner (and backup) and keep everyone's status in sync.
- To send notifications — on assignment, a day before, and shortly before each deadline — and to cancel reminders that no longer apply.
- To let connected hosts and cleaners see each other's name and contact details you've chosen to share.
- To operate, secure, debug, and improve the service.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Service providers
We share data only with the processors that run the app on our behalf:
- Supabase — database, authentication, file storage, and backend functions (hosting our data).
- Apple Push Notification service and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — to deliver notifications.
- Apple and Google — for Sign in with Apple and Google Sign-In.
These providers process data under their own terms and only as needed to provide their service to us.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your profile and the data associated with it, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.
Your choices and rights
- Access and correction — most of your data is visible and editable in the app.
- Account deletion — you can delete your account from within the app; this removes your profile and associated data. You may also request deletion by emailing us.
- Notifications — you can turn off push notifications in your device settings.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as Canada's PIPEDA. Contact us to exercise them.
Children
BowReady is intended for adults managing rental turnovers and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
We use industry-standard measures — encrypted connections and access controls that restrict each user to their own data — to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date.
